Framework training program: theoretical training during which the doctor is part of Dr. Bednarek’s daily work, observing communication with the patient, conducting conversations, selecting treatments, and applying treatment techniques. At the end of the day, the doctor performs a chosen procedure – lip augmentation or full-face botulinum toxin.
Training effects: The training aims to systematize knowledge on selected topics, observe the secrets of Dr. Bednarek’s daily work, engage in conversation and communication, and observe and learn proprietary treatment techniques, enabling the doctor to reach a much higher level of work with their patients.
