I. The Seller collects personal data of Customers using the www.bednarekacademy.pl store.
II. The administrator of personal data of Customers who are natural persons, within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), is ANNA BEDNAREK Med, ul. III. The Customer data collection has been reported for registration to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection and is entered in the national register of personal data collections.
IV. Customer personal data is processed by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data and the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services, for the purpose of concluding, determining the content of, and terminating the sales agreement, and for the purpose of providing and settling services by the Seller.
V. Customer personal data is processed by the Seller with their consent for the purpose of fulfilling Orders in accordance with the Regulations, and primarily to ensure contact between the Seller and the Customer. The Customer will not receive marketing and commercial information if they do not consent to it.
VI. Providing personal data is voluntary. To place an order in the www.bednarekacademy.pl store, it is necessary to provide an email address, first name, last name, and address.
VII. The Seller ensures Customers the exercise of rights resulting from the Personal Data Protection Act, including the right to access and correct their personal data, and the right to control the processing of their personal data on the principles described in the said Act.
VIII. The Seller may refuse to delete the Customer’s personal data if further processing of such data by the Seller is necessary and permissible under legal provisions, including if the Customer has not settled all obligations towards the Seller or if the Seller receives and records for evidentiary purposes information that the Customer, by their previous conduct, violated the Regulations or applicable legal provisions, and the retention of data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and determine the Customer’s liability.
IX. As part of exercising the right to control the processing of their personal data, the Customer has the right, in particular, to submit a written, reasoned request to cease processing personal data due to their particular situation, as well as to object to the processing of their data when the Seller intends to process them for marketing purposes or to the transfer of personal data by the Seller to a data administrator other than the Seller.
X. Customer personal data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under applicable law, including relevant judicial authorities. Customer personal data may also be transferred to third parties indicated by the Seller, including entities performing activities on behalf of the Seller concerning services provided to Customers by the Seller within the www.bednarekacademy.pl store, to the extent and for the time necessary to provide or perform these services.
XI. Customer personal data is protected by the Seller against unauthorized access, as well as other cases of disclosure or loss, and against destruction or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information, by applying appropriate organizational safeguards, as well as technical and programming safeguards, in particular data encryption systems.
XII. If the Seller obtains information about the Customer’s use of the Service in a manner inconsistent with the Regulations or applicable provisions, the Seller may process the Customer’s personal data to the extent necessary to determine their liability, provided that the fact and content of such information are recorded for evidentiary purposes.
XIII. The online store www.bednarekacademy.pl uses IP addresses collected during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection originates) and serve only as material for statistical analysis and mechanisms for correcting system errors. This data may also be combined with data provided by Customers to complete transactions within the store.
XIV. The online store www.bednarekacademy.pl uses “cookies.”
a. “Cookies” are used to facilitate the order placement process and to adapt the content of the online store to user preferences and optimize the use of store functionalities.
